Loctite® offers two ID Bore Coating Systems. Choose from a positive displacement system or a pressure time reservoir dispense system to effectively apply anaerobic retaining compound adhesives to the inside bore diameters.

Loctite® makes the job of fabricating o-rings much easier. An o-ring cut and splice tool allows you to measure, cut, and bond o-ring cord stock to your required size. Loctite offers fabrication kits which are available in both metric and standard sizes. No need to stock various o-rings when you can create the size you need.

> Pail Pump Systems & Accessories
The Loctite® pump systems are designed to dispense products packaged in 5 gallon pails up to 55 gallon drums. The various dispensing pump ratios are suited for pumping low viscosity self-leveling products to high viscosity paste products such as silicone. Loctite pumps can be as simple as an air operated, single acting, self-priming pump to a fully assembled system consisting of an air motor, pump tube and pressure ram.

> Process Monitoring
Loctite® state-of-the-art detection and process monitoring systems allow real time process observation of dispense cycles. This instrumentation will determine the presence of adhesive via fluorescence detection, or monitor adhesive dispensed for an individual dispense cycle.

> Single Component Dispensing
Loctite® Single Component dispensing equipment is designed for simple, clean dispensing of a single component to reduce waste and improve quality. When you need to dispense Loctite 242®, 609™, or any Loctite threadlocker, our hand-held pump will make the job much easier. If grease dispensing equipment is needed, choose from Loctite's lever action, manual grease gun; a pneumatically operated model; and an electrically operated 12-volt model.
